How quickly can we get someone onboard after the initial call?
Once we have had the initial call to discuss your requirements, we will aim to interview 3-5 candidates within 2 weeks. We would have already prescreened these candidates. Once you finalise the candidate, we can agree on a start date and begin onboarding.
We had an interim resource who joined us, but we didn’t feel they were a great fit after a few weeks. How do we manage this situation?
If the interim resource doesn’t meet the role’s expectations or isn’t a great fit, you can end the contract with two weeks’ notice. We’ll aim to find you someone else in the next two weeks.
We have budget restrictions and would like to end the contract earlier than planned. Is this possible?
Yes, you can terminate the contract at any time with one month’s notice.
We like the interim resource and want to hire them as permanent employees. Can we do that?
Yes, you need to make an offer to them. If they accept, they will submit their resignation to us. We can terminate the contract with one month’s notice and charge a 10% fee of the annual salary.
Since the resource will be working remotely, how do we provide them with the necessary hardware?
You will have to send the hardware via post to the interim colleague’s registered postal address.
How can you charge significantly less compared to other embedded/RPO providers?
We hire talent in low-cost countries while ensuring we pay top market rates in those locations. We possess significant expertise in these markets and are well-versed in the local talent landscape.
What roles or skill sets do you typically cover for interim placements?
The roles we cover include Talent Acquisition Partners, Product Designers, Product Managers & Product/Data Analysts.
What level of vetting or screening do you do before presenting candidates?
We prescreen them to ensure that they meet your criteria on a high level and check for any red flags.
How do you handle time zones for remote hires?
The Interim Talent will work in your timezone.
Can we pause the engagement and resume later if our needs change?
Absolutely, there’s a lot of flexibility on this.
What kind of reporting or check-ins do you offer during the engagement?
We generally sync biweekly to ensure that you are satisfied with the level of service provided and to address any concerns you may have.
What’s the typical duration of your interim placements?
The minimum duration is 3 months, and there’s no maximum duration. Typically, clients initially engage us for six months and extend the engagement depending on their needs.
Can you help us define the scope or brief if we’re not exactly sure what we need yet?
Absolutely, this is something we will do.
Do you handle contracts and payments, or should we manage them directly with the resource?
The Interim talent will be on our payroll, and we will be responsible for it.
What’s the notice period for ending the engagement from either side?
One month.
